Scheduled to open in 2030, the seafront project in Kazıklı Bay/Bodrum will mark the arrival of St. Regis on Türkiye’s Aegean coast. The project includes 138 keys St Regis Hotel and 221 luxury apartments and villas.

The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum will feature 138 guest rooms and a variety of dining options. Amenities will include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, children’s club, spa, as well as meeting and event spaces designed for private gatherings.
The Residences at The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum will comprise 221 luxury apartments and villas ranging from one to five bedrooms. Designed to offer an exclusive coastal living experience, the residences will feature premium facilities such as a residents’ lounge, a high-tech media room, show kitchen, co-working spaces, library, fitness center with private studios, and a swimming pool.

The project marks the second collaboration between Marriott International, Kuzu Group, and hospitality consultancy Servotel, following the successful opening of JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea in 2022.

The signing also represents a milestone for Marriott International, marking its 100th property in Türkiye (including operating hotels and signed projects). The company currently operates over 60 properties in the country, comprising more than 9,000 rooms across 21 brands, including six branded residences.
