Calista Luxury Resort, one of the leading hotels in Belek, Antalya, is reportedly preparing for a brand change and could continue operations under the JW Marriott brand.

A report by Kerem Köfteoğlu in Para Dergisi claimed that the property, owned by Özdoğan Group, would operate as JW Marriott Belek from 2027.

Ali Kızıldağ: No agreement has been signed

Speaking to Turizm Ekonomi, sister portal of Türkiye Travel News, Calista Luxury Resort General Manager Ali Kızıldağ confirmed that discussions with Marriott are taking place but said there is currently no signed agreement concerning the Belek property.

We are in discussions with Marriott, but no contract has been signed. As you know, Özdoğan Group has an ongoing cooperation with Marriott in Ankara. At the moment, there is no agreement specifically for Calista. We are only discussing new cooperation opportunities,” Kızıldağ said.

Calista Luxury Resort: Key property details

Located directly on the seafront in Antalya Belek, Calista Luxury Resort operates under an ultra-all-inclusive concept and offers premium accommodation services.

The property has 600 rooms, suites and villas with a total capacity of approximately 2,390 guests.

The resort features a 250-meter private sandy beach, one pier, eight outdoor swimming pools, indoor pools and a complimentary aquapark.

Its food and beverage facilities include eight restaurants serving international cuisines, two beach bars, two pool bars and five lounges and bars.

The resort also features the two-storey Callos Spa, with massage rooms, a jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath.

Additional facilities include five outdoor tennis courts, archery areas and a fitness center.
