Türkiye has emerged as the most popular and affordable “all-inclusive” destination among Russian travelers seeking last-minute autumn getaways, with package tours starting from around 40,000 rubles per person.

Russian tour operators are offering low-cost, flexible vacation packages through mid-October, with flights and accommodation included. Destinations such as Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Egypt, Thailand, and China’s Hainan Island are currently the top picks for budget-conscious travelers.

Türkiye leads as cheapest all-inclusive destination

Türkiye stands out as the most economical “all-inclusive” option in the second week of October. In Kemer and Belek, a one-week stay in four-star hotels costs around 79,500 rubles for two people, or roughly 40,000 rubles per person. Tour operators such as FUN&SUN and Sunmar are promoting multiple flight and date options between October 10 and 20.

UAE offers bed-and-breakfast packages at similar prices

The United Arab Emirates ranks second, offering packages in a similar price range but typically with breakfast-only options. A seven-night stay for two in four-star hotels in Dubai, Sharjah, or Fujairah ranges between 80,000 and 90,000 rubles. Competitive offers are currently available from FUN&SUN and ICS Travel Group.

Egypt ranks third

Egypt comes third on the list. In Sharm El Sheikh, all-inclusive tours at four-star hotels average around 128,000 rubles for two people. Operators such as PAKS, Space Travel, and ICS Travel Group are offering discounted packages, many with connecting flights.

Thailand and Hainan as long-haul alternatives

For travelers seeking Far East destinations, Thailand remains a budget-friendly choice. Ten-night packages in four-star hotels in Pattaya with breakfast start from 155,000 rubles per couple, while Phuket packages begin at around 185,000 rubles.

China’s Hainan Island rounds out the list, with ten-night packages for two people — including flights and hotel accommodation — starting from 200,000 rubles. Four-star hotels in Sanya offering breakfast-inclusive stays are currently among the most popular choices.

Travel experts note that these affordable packages are selling out quickly. Prices were valid as of October 8, but may vary depending on flight availability and occupancy rates.
