Highlighting tourism as a strategic driver for long-term growth, Akbalık stated that Özak GYO is combining the experience gained since launching Ela Excellence Resort Belek in 2004, its project development capabilities, real estate momentum, high quality standards, and strong market position with the hospitality expertise of Ela Hospitality.
Attracting a new visitor base to kemer
Emphasizing a guest-centric approach, Akbalık remarked: "With The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, we are taking this expertise into a new luxury accommodation segment, creating a strong resort concept and a unique holiday experience aligned with the project's distinctive location.
