Growth in the hospitality sector

Coral Travel Group, one of Türkiye's leading tourism groups, has accelerated its growth targets in the hospitality sector. The group reopened the 5-star Marvida Family Eco in late April, welcoming guests to a resort redesigned for family vacations. Marvida Family Eco features spacious and comfortable rooms and villas, restaurants and bars offering world cuisines, and specially designed activities and service areas for family members of all ages. The resort emphasizes sustainable practices, such as using eco-friendly materials and energy consumption, and holds the ISO 14001 certification. With an all-inclusive system and 428 rooms, it promises a fun and peaceful vacation amidst the unique green nature of the Titreyengöl area.

Launching with three sub-concepts

Since 2005, Coral Travel Group has been operating in the hospitality sector under the Otium Hotels brand. Starting in 2024, the group will rebrand these operations under Marvida and its sub-concepts: Family, Club, and Senses. Under the Marvida brand, there are eight facilities: four in Antalya, two in Muğla, one in Tunisia, and one on the Greek island of Crete.

The Family concept caters to families with children, offering a vacation experience with entertainment and sports activities under the Club concept, and an adults-only vacation experience under the Senses concept.

Adapting to changing guest profiles

Hakan Yılmaz emphasized that they have restructured their operations in the hospitality sector to account for changing guest profiles, market dynamics, and varying guest expectations. He noted that Coral Travel Group has successfully grown by incorporating many new facilities in recent years.

Yılmaz highlighted that Coral Travel Group, which hosts approximately 3 million guests annually, offers reliable business partnerships with its marketing, sales, and operational strength. "With our international experience in the tourism sector, we are strengthening our position in the hospitality field under the Marvida brand with a more competitive approach. In this context, we have completely renovated our Marvida Family Eco facility in Side and started welcoming guests. We aim to increase the number of facilities offering different holiday experiences through franchise and management systems," he said.
